Questions we hear often

What kind of organisations do you work with?
We work primarily with small to mid-sized firms in Malaysia running important projects — product launches, system rollouts, team restructuring, and similar initiatives. You do not need an existing project framework; many clients come to us precisely because they are starting from scratch.
How long does a typical engagement last?
The Project Setup Session is a short, time-bounded engagement — usually completed within a week. Delivery Support runs for several weeks aligned to your project timeline. The Practice Programme is our broadest engagement and typically spans six to eight weeks, depending on your team size.
Do we need to change our existing tools or processes?
No. We adapt to what your team already uses — spreadsheets, project boards, messaging tools, whatever fits your workflow. Our role is to add structure and clarity, not to impose a new system on top of existing ones.
What is included in the pricing?
Each service listing includes what is delivered. The Project Setup Session covers a planning call, a working session, and a one-page brief. Delivery Support includes recurring check-ins, a shared tracker, and weekly summaries. The Practice Programme includes workshops, a template set, and a practice guide. There are no hidden add-ons.
Can we start with a smaller service and move up later?
Yes. Many clients begin with a Project Setup Session to test the working relationship and clarify their needs. From there, some continue into Delivery Support or a Practice Programme. Each service stands alone, so there is no obligation to progress.
Is this service available outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our primary office is in KL but most of our work is conducted remotely via video calls and shared documents, which means geography is rarely a barrier for clients across Peninsular Malaysia. For workshops that benefit from in-person presence, we discuss logistics case by case.
